Introduction to Domestic and Family Violence (DFV) training aims to equip you with foundational knowledge and skills to understand, identify, and respond appropriately to domestic and family violence situations. It underscores the importance of sensitivity, respect, and support when addressing such complex issues.

Mental Health and Wellbeing training explains current concepts and thinking around mental health and the factors that support wellness. It highlights the importance of managing stress and building resilience, and how to put that into practice, equipping participants with the tools to work towards taking responsibility for their own wellbeing.

Industry-specific components of the course focus on managing close relationships for better mental health when away from home, and developing small daily habits for a healthy lifestyle around the core principles of wellness.
