Industry-specific components of the course focus on managing close relationships for better mental health when away from home, and developing small daily habits for a healthy lifestyle around the core principles of wellness.

The Lifeline Ambassador course is available to members of the general public that have identified as having lived experience and who are interested in potentially sharing their story in support of Lifeline’s mission.
The purpose of the course is to educate prospective ambassadors on safe storytelling, boundaries, expectations, and what is and isn’t involved in being a Lifeline Ambassador. It is intended as both an education and screening step to ensure alignment and psychological safety.
