This is a two-part learning course:
- Accidental Counsellor eLearning (45 mins): self-paced learning module, best completed prior to attending the facilitator-led session.

Managing Challenging Interactions workshop will build participants' skills and confidence to understand, defuse and respond to clients in emotional distress, those who are highly frustrated and/or angry.
